Shipping Policy
We ship to the 50 US states and Washington, DC. We don't currently ship to US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the US Minor Outlying Islands), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, or addresses outside the United States.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders to the 50 US states and Washington, DC. We don't offer express shipping.
Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. It isn't delivery time. New products or unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.
Delivery time
Delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, and supplier availability. We don't promise a specific delivery time.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after your order ships. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a carrier receives the shipment.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may occasionally ship separately and arrive at different times.
Address changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change or reroute it.
Delays
