Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to:

U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands or Palau
addresses outside the United States

If your address is outside our shipping area, checkout will not offer a shipping option and the order cannot be placed.

Free Standard Shipping

Free Standard Shipping applies to all eligible orders shipped to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not offer express or expedited shipping.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment; it is not delivery time. New products or unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.

Delivery time

Delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, and supplier availability. We do not promise a specific delivery time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after your order ships. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a carrier receives the shipment.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may occasionally ship separately and arrive at different times.

Address changes and cancellations

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Address changes and cancellations are available only before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change, reroute or cancel it.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other events outside our control can affect delivery times. If your shipment appears significantly delayed, contact us at support@lamaisondestrouvailles.com and we will help investigate.
